"The Young and the Restless" will feature Dylan "Mac" MacAvoy (Steve Burton), Sharon Collins Newman Abbott (Sharon Case), Lauren Fenmore Baldwin (Tracey Bregman), Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman), Phyllis Summers Abbott Newman (Gina Tognoni), Austin Travers (Matthew Atkinson), Noah Newman (Robert Adamson), Courtney Sloan (Kelli Goss), Kyle Abbott (Lachlan Buchanan), Summer Newman (Hunter King), Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway), Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc), Nicholas "Nick" Newman (Joshua Morrow), Avery Bailey Clark (Jessica Collins) and Victor “Adam” Newman Jr. (Justin Hartley) in its upcoming episodes on Thursday, March 12, 2015 and Friday, March 13, 2015 .

The storyline of this episode is about Michael and Lauren’s confrontation. Plus, Summer will discover something important and shocking.

TV Guide reports that in the "The Young and the Restless" on March 12, 2015, Michael will be confronted by Lauren regarding his treatment. Meanwhile, Abby will get a scary message. Dylan will also pour his heart out to Sharon.

We Love Soaps reports that James O'Halloran will be a guest star in this episode. He will make an appearance as a GCAC bartender. O'Halloran is the winner of “The Price is Right” Male Model Search.

A preview video for the March 12, 2015 episode was posted on the show’s official YouTube channel. It shows scenes between Sharon, Nick, Avery, Dylan, Noah, Summer, Courtney and Kyle. Sharon will ask Nick about his health and Nick will answer her back with another question. Avery will wake up suddenly an scream "I can't do it!" This will startle Dylan who will wonder what that was all about.

At the hospital, Summer, Noah and Courtney will try to figure out who would hurt Abby. While they are all speculating, Kyle will arrive and Noah will ask him several questions.
