'The Young and the Restless' spoilers for Oct. 3 – 7: A familiar face returns to stir trouble; two major secrets may come out, a ‘Y&R’ favourite gets arrested

It’s going to be a massive week in Genoa City as secrets, revenge and revelations come into play on this week’s episodes of “The Young and The Restless” (“Y&R”). On Monday, Sharon (Sharon Case) finds herself backed into a corner as Patty (Stacy Haiduk) threatens to expose the truth about her. Spoilers suggest that Patty relentlessly bothers her over the phone, teasing to spill Sharon’s baby secret.

Travis (Michael Roark) also finds himself in the same boat as he encounters Ashley (Eileen Davidson), whom he knows from his past. It’s not exactly a happy reunion, as Ashley also holds this over his head. Other “The Young and the Restless” cast members who will appear on the Oct. 3 to 7 episodes include Victoria (Amelia Heinle), Billy (Jason Thompson), Victor (Eric Braeden), Hilary (Mishael Morgan), Jill (Jess Walton), Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott), Dylan (Steve Burton), Jack (Peter Bergman), Phyllis (Gina Tognoni), Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan), Nick (Joshua Morrow), Abby (Melissa Ordway), Stitch (Sean Carrigan) and Mariah (Camryn Grimes).

CBS released a preview video for the Oct. 3 episode of “The Young and the Restless.” In the trailer, Billy mocks Victoria, “Your father is signing your boyfriend’s checks. What could possibly go wrong with that?” Ashley also figures in another scene as she tells Travis that he was an up-and-comer at Hazelton. “Grasswood, yeah,” Travis replies uneasily. She appears to be amazed, claiming, “What a coincidence!” The teaser also shows Sharon as she wonders to Patty, “Why are you doing this?” Patty laughs and says, “You knew this day would come.”

TV Guide reports that Tuesday’s installment focuses on Mariah does everything in her power to help Sharon. Elsewhere, Abby comes clean about an important matter, while Chelsea offers Nick a shoulder to cry on.

Wednesday’s run centres on Sharon as she enters into a risky partnership. Jack, on the other hand, arranges for a trap as part of his retribution. Meanwhile, Victor decides to do something on his own.

On Thursday, “Y&R” airs an episode that features Dylan as he is determined to shield his family from harm. Nikki, on the other hand, intervenes to initiate peace between two opposing sides. Elsewhere, Victoria reels from discovering about Travis’ past.

Wrapping the week on Oct. 7, Jill pours her heart out to Victor, while Hilary’s new job doesn’t go smoothly as planned. Billy, on the other hand, faces legal problems.
