"The Young and the Restless" is set to feature an exciting and entertaining episode on Dec. 3, 2014. The segment features intriguing twists and turns wherein drama touches new heights and tension rises. Also, the past few episodes saw some major revelations and developments--consequences of which have just begun to unfold. Here are a few spoilers on the upcoming segment of "The Young and the Restless." Read on to find out what happens next. [Warning: Spoilers Alert!]

The last-aired episode opened with Adam discovering Nick in the woods, badly injured and finally becoming unconscious. Meanwhile, Dylan is attacked in his coffee shop and upset Chelsea went out to find some peace. Adam decided not to help Nick and finally revealed it to Sage that the wounded man is his brother. Later, the two freed Nick from the bear trap and she called 911.

Paul came to help Dylan, and Avery believed it's the work of Joe Clark. Later, Paul questioned Joe Clark about the criminal activity.

Victoria and Billy, together, brought Katherine home and they are visited by the baby's grandparents. Victoria broke the news about the paternity test results to Victor and Nikki. Meanwhile, Chelsea ended up at the bar where sorrowful Stitch is binging on alcohol. The two talked about their insecurities and bonded over drinks. Chelsea vowed to keep Billy to herself. Victor is not too happy with Billy's presence around Victoria's baby.

Maureen contacted Nikki and asked her to meet her in a park. She also inquired about the baby's father and got upset when she learned the father is not her son. Nikki tried to get rid of her by offering her money and asked her to leave Genoa City forever.

Moving on to the Dec. 3 episode of "The Young and the Restless," TV Guide and We Love Soaps have presented a brief description, teasing exciting spoilers from the upcoming segment. According to the report, Michael and Lauren face the biggest challenge of their life. The doctor reveals the prognosis of his disease based on the reports and diagnosis.

Elsewhere, Kelly finally faces up Jack and accuses him of betraying her. She unleashes her anger on him for dumping her after making her fall in love with him. Furthermore, it is the day of the much-awaited luncheon by Lilly for which she instructed Devon to get his new friend. As revealed in Soap Central's weekly spoilers, Hilary sets up Jabot accountant Gwen as Devon's date for the get-together. Devon thinks she is not too convincing. At the luncheon, things take an unexpected turn and Hilary's plan "backfires" when Lilly tries to delve into Devon and Gwen's relationship.

Is Hilary and Devon's secret affair about to be exposed? Will Lilly figure out that there is something between the two? "The Young and the Restless" Dec. 3 episode airs 12.30 p.m. on CBS.
