"The Young and the Restless" (Y&R) is set to air some very entertaining and eventful episodes in the week of Jan. 19 - 23. The show will see some major developments changing the lives of Genoa City residents. Here are few spoilers for the upcoming episodes of "The Young and The Restless" (Y&R). The week on the CBS' long-running soap opera begins with drama between Victor and Victoria. Soap Central has presented detailed spoilers for the next five segments. According to the media report, Victoria proposes a business plan to Victor. She offers to help him with moneymaking.

Elsewhere, the past few events compel Jack to think that "Phyllis set Kelly up at the Athletic Club." Furthermore, Jack gets worried his fiancé might be "suffering side effects from medication." Concerned Jack confronts Victor about the "drugs used on Phyllis" during her treatment in the hospital. However, Victor accuses Jack for worsening Phyllis' condition.

Meanwhile, Avery takes a trip down the memory lane and remembers important moments of her life with Joe. Later, Phyllis approaches Avery for help. Adam sets his plan in motion to impress Chelsea and it seems he is moving in the right direction. At the same time, he is trying to win another person but worries that "he is moving too fast."

As per the report, Adam is able to arouse Chelsea's interest in him, who she thinks is Gabriel. Furthermore, she begins to bond with him and "feels a connection to him." She goes on to "confide" in Gabriel about her husband which evokes reaction from him. But there is someone who is not too pleased with this development. Billy finds himself very upset due to Gabriel's "constant presence" in Chelsea's life. Later, Chelsea finds confidant in Sharon and discusses about Adam. In the meantime, Sage is forced by Adam to get close to Nick.

Meanwhile, Victor plans to take down Jack and his business. Summer and Austin argue over Fen. Phyllis issues warning to Kelly, and Cane and Lily get closer to each other. As for Devon and Hilary, they take greater risks to keep their relationship a secret.

Devon meets up with Hilary. Michael makes some important plans for his and Lauren's future. Jack observes change in Phyllis' behaviour.
