It has been a tough week for cast members of “The Young and the Restless.” The episode to air on August 15, Monday, will follow through on the drama. More particularly, the engagement problems that lovebirds Summer Newman (Hunter King) and Luca Santori (Miles Gaston Villanueva) are going through and how Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and Phyllis Abbot (Gina Tognoni) have become quite desperate in tearing them apart.

Barely anything has been revealed as of this time as to what can be expected on Monday’s episode of “The Young and the Restless.” Based on a post on Daytime Royalty Online, it seems that Jill Atkinson (Jess Walton) will try to drive a point to Billy Abbot (Jason Thompson) and that Luca will cover his tracks with Summer, apparently so that their planned wedding will push through.

The forum has generated some heat with regard to the teasers. One fan says that Billy is acting like a child and that Jill is also getting quite annoying. Another fan thinks that Billy and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) are not that great of a couple anymore and that he should be left with Phyllis if he so desires.

A post on Celeb Dirty Laundry gives an insight as to Luca’s guilt. This is in view of Luca opening up to Summer that his original intention was to use her as the key to have a hold on their family business. Luca was originally sent by his family to safeguard their investments in Victor’s company. Despite that, the young lad seems to really love the beautiful heiress and his original intentions might have been superimposed by his love for her. Also, it remains that Victor, after setting up that trap, might not be able to prove that Luca has cruel intentions.

“The Young and the Restless” airs on CBS every Monday to Friday in the US. It also airs on Arena in Australia.
