"The Young and the Restless" (Y&R) is set to air an exciting and eventful new episode on Dec. 19, 2014. The spirit of Christmas and celebration is gradually taking over the Genoa City residents. Meanwhile, drama continues to stir up their lives. The upcoming episode is going to feature some major developments and interesting twists and turns that are going to impact the lives of the popular characters. Here are a few spoilers for the next segment of "The Young and the Restless." [Warning: Spoilers Alert!]

The last-aired episode began with some drama between Chelsea and Billy and Stitch and Victoria. Chelsea was upset over Adam and Billy talked to her about it. Later, Chelsea and Billy visited Stitch and Victoria. Chelsea presented Katie a beautiful dress for her christening.

Meanwhile, the show digs deeper into the Adam Newman-Gabriel Bingham storyline. Sage finally found Adam and the two argued once again. Adam upset her by saying that she is afraid of losing Gabriel again. He revealed his plan to Sage and told her that he is going to make Chelsea fall in love with Gabriel and get back with her. Afterward, he'll reveal that he is actually Adam, who never died. Listening to Adam's plan, Sage called him delusional.

Furthermore, Nick Newman talked to Noah about Faith's custody case and legal battle with Sharon. Noah tried to convince him that he may not be doing it right. However, Nick was determined and unpersuasive. Noah told Nick that by the end of it all Faith is going to suffer the most. Mariah came in and accused Nick of being irresponsible and told him that what he is doing is wrong.

At Jabot, Sharon paid Jack a surprise visit. She told him what Phyllis did to her and how she fired her. She tried to convince him of giving her back her job at Jabot; however, he ended up accusing her of taking away his daughter.

Meanwhile, Fen surprised Summer. The two were very glad to see each other. He told her that he has a proposition for her. Toward the end of the show, Sharon and Nick butt heads once again. Sparks began to fly between Sage and Nick and Adam shocked Jack by revealing to him that he is Adam Newman.

Moving on to the Dec 18 episode of "The Young and the Restless" (Y&R), TV Guide and We Love Soaps have presented brief a description and teased exciting spoilers. According to the media report, Nick and Paul collaborate to "get Faith into the Christmas spirit." In the wake of Sharon and Nick's battle, Faith has been suffering the most. So the two try cheer up the little girl.

Furthermore, Mariah has a heart-to-heart conversation with Sharon. She finally opens up to her. Meanwhile, Fen gets the shocking news and learns Michael has cancer. The upcoming segment will further delve in Adam Newman storyline. Jack attacks Adam and Sage meets Chelsea and Billy. "The Young and the Restless" Dec 19 episode airs 12:30 pm on CBS.
