In the last aired episode, fans saw the return of Victor Newman from Sweden. He brings in the results of Faith's paternity test and makes the big revelation. He informs Mariah that she has been mistaken all along and Faith's real father is Nick. However, it seems this story is far from over and there is more to it. Could Victor be hiding the truth?

Furthermore, Ian Ward reveals himself to Nikki on an unexpected phone call. He discloses that he is alive and hiding somewhere. He blackmails her for big amount of money. Kevin tries to trace the call but fails to do so.

Elsewhere, Devon and Hilary are caught red handed by Cane and Neil in bed in Hilary's NYC apartment. However, Neil's blindness works in their favour and the only person who now knows about their secret affair is Cane.

Moving on to the next episode, "The Young and the Restless" (Y&R) picks up from where it left. The episode will move around Michael and Lauren's reconciliation, according to brief description by TV Guide. After much struggle in their relationship, Michael and Lauren will find love once again with each other. Michael's medical condition took a toll on their married life, however it seems things between them are heating up once again.

But rumours are that Michael's health will continue to deteriorate in the coming future. According to Hollywood News Daily, Michael will die due to a fatal disease as Christian Le Blanc, the actor playing the said character, exits the show. Things are not going to be happy for long for Lauren and her husband as they will soon be receiving the test results that will leave them heartbroken. The report notes that the veteran actor's character will push up daisies after some "medical struggles."

Elsewhere, Ian Ward's disappearance continues to create trouble for Dylan and his loved ones. Paul continues his hunt for the villain to prove that Dylan is innocent.
