Have you ever seen Zac Efron lying butt-naked on a toilet seat in a horizontal position or wearing an X-rated costume to the party after taking Viagra? This is exactly what the new trailer of the R-rated comedy movie "That Awkward Moment" is all about!

In the "for mature audiences only" clip of the movie, which also stars Miles Teller and Michael B. Jordan, Efron is one of the three guys who take vows to stay single following complications in Jordan's character as he goes through a breakup. Just like all the vows are meant to be broken, this one does too.

"That Awkward Moment" is a complete friendship based movie filled with excellent comic scenes, which also includes Zac taking a Viagra pill and coming to a party with a fake private part, which hangs out funnily outside his pants and get's smashed in many females' drinks making them "cock-tails" (pun very much indented!). The 25-year-old actor hits on the nudity spree after his character consumes high doses of Viagra.

So how did Zac handle nudity on the set? Was it difficult for him to strip on the sets in front of the people?

"There was, like, a sock thing," said Efron in his interview with People magazine, adding, "It fell off. You just cup your hands."

"The Paper Boy" actor, who has recently been out of a rehab stint, credits his family for his healthy comeback.

"My family's my rock," said Zac at the promotion of "That Awkward Moment."

"I know they're not going anywhere. More and more I've come to rely on my little brother to keep me grounded. He's 21 now," added the former Disney star.

"I know my family's always going to be there. And there's also - as my life changes, sometimes they can't really be there for you ... and I rely on my friends," says the fit and healthy looking Effron, who will turn 26 on Friday.

Efron stars with Miles Teller and Michael B. Jordan in the romantic comedy "That Awkward Moment," which is slated to release in January 31 next year.
