The news about Zhang Ziyi's sex scandal with Bo Xilai is making headlines today as the details about their supposed "relationship" were revealed.

The news was first published by the Hongkong-based newspaper, Apple Daily Newspaper. According to the story, Zhang Ziyi had sex with Bo Xilai for about 10 times between 2007-2011. During these sessions, Zhang Ziyi was reportedly paid an estimated amount of US$2 million dollars.

Aside from that, there were also accusations that Zhang Ziyi was prostituting herself to different powerful Chinese men. The news also revealed how the two were introduced by Xu Ming, a powerful Chinese businessman, who is currently under investigation due to alleged charges of corruption. Xu Ming also admitted that he slept with Zhang Ziyi.

The information for this subject was considered as controversial because of the Ziyi's involvement with Bo Xilai. Bo Xilai is the Chongging party chief who was fired last March. This was considered as the biggest political scandal to China for the past years. Xilai is currently being investigated for charges of corruption and abuse of power.

On the other hand, Zhang Ziyi's camp is denying all of the reports stating that it was "all lies" and their next step would involve legal action regarding this matter. Her management team released an open letter addressing these issues.

"If we allow these lies to continue, that which is completely untrue will turn into something that is partially true, white will turn into half black, half white. Those who started and propagated these rumours ... we will seek you out in the dark corners and pursue the matter till the end." as writtten in the letter from Ziyi's camp.

Zhang Ziyi is a famous Chinese actress not only in China but in Hollywood as well. She became famous through her role in the movie, "Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon".
