'The 100' season 5: All new arrivals may not be foes
For fans who missed the San Diego Comic-Con, a new video of the cast members of “The 100” has been released online. The actors teased some details about the plot of season 5 and also talked about the exciting things about their characters.
The plot of the new season will begin with new arrivals who have been dropped off by a mysterious prison ship. Who are these people? Are they friendly?
In the video released online (see below), Eliza Taylor (Clarke griffin) said that her character will first think that these people are foes, but that may change over time. The actress said that as the season progresses, viewers will find out that there might be a few friends in the new group.
Earth is once again a habitable place, but Clarke hasn’t heard anything from either the bunker or the ARK. The season 4 finale showed how much radiation was there on the planet, but Taylor said her character has found a patch of heaven for herself and the people with her. The actress added that the fans will be surprised to see this land.
Octavia (Marie Avgeropoulos) was last seen leading the people in the bunker, but she faced a lot of challenges to her authority. When asked if Octavia is ready to lead the rest of humanity, Avgeropoulos expressed her doubts. The actress explained that her character was forced to take up the leadership position, and the only reason she won the Conclave was because she followed Bellamy’s (Bob Morley) strategy.
Fans will also get to see a new Raven (Lindsey Morgan) next year. Morgan pointed out that her character has been struggling with mental problems for the past two seasons. The actress teased that the viewers will get to see her character go back to her roots, and there will be a “pure Raven” next year.
