12-Inch Apple Retina MacBook 2015 Pricing Details Confirmed With Configure-To-Order Option, Ahead Of April 10 Release Date
The recently released 12-inch Retina MacBook 2015’s pricing details have been revealed by Apple. The tech giant has apparently released the price information to reseller partners like Expercom. And notably, this 12-inch MacBook 2015 release date is set for Friday, April 10.
During the Spring Forward event, Apple apparently confirmed the entry-level MacBook 2015 price to be $1299. This particular version comes powered by a dual-core (Intel Core M) processor clocked at 1.1 GHz. And when it comes to memory configuration, the Retina MacBook 2015 comes equipped with 8 GB of internal storage capacity, in addition to 256 GB of flash storage, notes MacRumors.
Going by Expercom report, the Retina MackBook 2015 price for the configuration of 1.3 GHz Intel Core M processor and 256 GB flash storage, which comes with the configure-to-order option, is set for $250 extra from the base model. And therefore, the price is reportedly $1549. On the other hand, the high-end variant powered by a 1.2 GHz Intel processor bundled with 8 GB of internal storage capacity and a whopping 512 GB of flash storage will apparently set the buyers back by $1599.
Meanwhile, the Retina MacBook 2015 with 1.3 GHz Intel processor and 512 GB of flash storage on board, along with the upgrade option will reportedly cost $150 more when compared to the base price of the 1.2 GHz Intel processor variant. And therefore, this particular Retina MackBook price is pegged to be $1749, notes the same site.
