2015-2016 UEFA Champions League draw set
The Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) has conducted its draw for the group stage of the 15-16 Champions League season on Thursday. The league’s official website and Twitter account posted the result of the draw.
Four clubs, Real Madrid, Barcelona, Porto and Manchester United will all be making their 20th group stage appearance while three teams, Astana, Gent and Borussia Monchengladbach are making their debut in the UEFA Champions League.
Barcelona, who had a favourable draw, are grouped with Bayer Leverkusen, the victim of the Spanish team’s star Lionel Messi’s Champions League record of 5 goals in a match-up in the final sixteen in the 2011-2012 season.
Meanwhile, Memphis Depay, who moved to Manchester United this summer, will face former team PSV Eindhoven in Group A. Bayern Munich is grouped with Arsenal, which means that the teams will be meeting in the group stage for the third time in the last four seasons.
Chelsea will face Porto in the group stage which means that Jose Mourinho will face his former team where he won the title in 2011-2012.

Group A: Paris Saint-Germain, Real Madrid, Shakhtar and Malmo
Group B: PSV Eindhoven, Manchester United, CSKA Moscow and Wolfsburg
Group C; Benfica, Atletico Madrid, Galatasaray and Astana
Group D; Juventus, Manchester City, Sevilla and Borussia Monchengladbach
Group E: Barcelona, Bayer Leverkusen, Roma and Bate Borisov
Group F: Bayern Munich, Arsenal, Olympiacos and Dinamo
Group G: Chelsea, Porto, Dynamo Kiev and Maccabi Tel Aviv
Group H: Zenit, Valencia, Lyon and Gen
