'30 Rock" actor, Alec Baldwin has opted to drop out of the $200-million dollar project, 'Men in Black III citing schedule difficulties as his main consideration when he made the decision.

"I'm not doing that. I'm out of it; the schedule didn't work out," Baldwin was quoted telling New York Magazine in an interview at a gathering at Roundabout Theater Company Monday.

Reuters said that the film has already started shooting last December with no script. The film shoot had its first production break from late-December to mid-February, but as Reuters added, it was again rescheduled on March 28.

Meanwhile, Baldwin also told the magazine, said Reuters that he has hired a singing coach that help him address the needs for his role on 30 Rock as a former rocker.
