All Things Ariana Grande: From 'Unhealthy' Relationships to Second Album
Ariana Grande had a great end to the year 2013 with her first studio debut album, "Yours Truly." While her relationship with Jai Brooks of "The Janoskians" ended on a bitter note, the "Sam & Cat" star is happy and in love with her newfound beau, Nathan Sykes of The Wanted. With 2014 just having started, the former Nickelodeon star dishes on "unhealthy" relationships plus details on her second studio album.
There is certainly no stopping the Mariah Carey of this generation from being on top. Like the New Zealand native, Lorde, Grande too is making her name in the music industry. She may be small but her vocal prowess proves to be larger than life. In fact, Grande has managed to wow a few celebrities namely Lady Gaga and Kelly Clarkson.
Aside from making an impression on Hollywood stars, Grande is working on making the impression last. With the success of her first album still the talk of the town, Grande is now working on her second debut album for the year 2014. She first made the announcement via Twitter.
"back in the studio this week..." tweeted Grande.
"Arianators" may recall that back in October, three weeks after the debut of "Yours Truly," Grande was back in the studio for additional work on her second album.
"Back at it in the studio with @HarmonySamuels recording for the second album. So exciteddddd," wrote Grande on Oct. 28, 2013.
The former "Victorious" star certainly is one hard-working woman. With all the time in the studio for her second album and shooting scenes for "Sam & Cat," does Ariana still have time left for her love life? Apparently, she does given the distance and time constraints obviously have no pressure over her relationship with Nathan Sykes. Yet, sources claim that the "Nariana" couple had already ended their run late in December of 2013.
Putting the "Nariana" drama aside, the red-head star did share a few things about "unhealthy" relationships of which she had a fair share of in the past.
"I was dating a boy who made me a different person. And my family was like, 'You've lost your light, you are constantly distracted.' If I waited too long to text him back, it was the end of the world. And it was just a very unhealthy relationship," shared Grande in her interview with Teen Vogue Magazine, February 2014 issue.
Hopefully, things turn out for the best this year for Ariana Grande. One thing is for sure, her "Arianators" are ready to support her all throughout.
