Asus just released its MemoPad and FHD pad series. Nonetheless, it seems Asus is not stopping there. Recently, an FCC sighting reveals that the tech manufacturer may be releasing another computing device. With a model number of TF502T, what does Asus now have under its sleeve?

Many would think that releasing two of the most successful tablets, Google Nexus 7 and Nexus 7.2, Asus will be content for a while. As the company disproved and as the market continues to prove, intervals for product launches decrease by the day. Gone are the days when people have to wait for half a year or another year for a new device to come out.

This time, it seems tech companies and manufacturers cannot wait to release a product all the time. Perhaps it is the upward trend of tablet sales that forced this nature among companies. According to studies, two of the most lucrative tech products today are smartphones and tablets.

Both devices have already outsold the traditional laptop and personal computers.

The model number appears to indicate that the new device will become a part of the Asus Transformer family. Regardless of the family product line it belongs, the FCC listing reveals some specs. These include: Bluetooth, WiFI and NFC capabilities including a 6760 mAh battery.

Earlier this September, the company already revealed a number of tech products during the IFA 2013. Among the newest additions to its Transformer line include MemoPad and FonePad. The specs for the two tablets differ slightly from this new FCC sighting so analysts think Asus wants to put out another and completely different Transformer product.

Along with the rumors about another Transformer slate, there have been reports that Asus can be the next Google Nexus 5 creator. The company previously had success producing the first and second generation Google Nexus 7. Even with contenders like LG and Motorola, Asus also has strong chances of earning the bid.

Their previous success with the tablets and the company's continuing efforts to build better tech portable products have earned them great market response. Google already knew that. The competition may be tough for the Google Nexus 5 but Asus remains one of the top choices.

Google has yet to make an official announcement.
