Arsenal is playing their best football in years and Premier League's September Player of the Month, Aaron Ramsey, believes that staying grounded and focusing on immediate tasks will be the key to his club's glory.

"The only way we can deal with being at the top is by taking every game as it comes," Ramsey told arsenal.com.

"We need to make sure we give everything in every game and not hold back and think any match is going to be easy."

He also reiterated the importance of imposing their style of play and let the opposing teams make the adjustments.

"There's an opportunity in every game to pick up points and we're just concentrating on our own games at the moment and that's proven in the start that we're having. Other teams have struggled so far and teams are going to take points off each other so it's important to keep focused on our own game."

There isn't any place on the table that any team would not want to be except on top and Ramsey knows that this type of a cushion is just what Arsenal needs.

"That's one of the biggest things we've improved on is the start of the season. We've struggled in the last few years and had to play catch-up," he revealed.

"Now we've started very strongly, we're top of the league and that's where we want to stay."

Meanwhile, the Welsh midfielder, who is keeping his scoring form going, elatedly recalled his strike against Norwich.

"I saw the two defenders come rushing out so I thought I'd pretend to shoot and then obviously I was inside the six-yard box, I saw another defender come towards me so I pretended to shoot again and then put it past the goalkeeper," he intimated.

"I'm just confident at the moment. Confidence is such a massive thing and I feel composed in front of goal at the moment and I'm taking my chances."
