Ashley Benson 'Used' Selena Gomez to Lure James Franco?

Before there was James Franco, Ashley Benson had Ryan Good. It was all thanks to Selena Gomez as to why Ashley had managed to snag such a good-looking beau. Ryan was ironically Justin Bieber's close friend. Now, all thanks to Selena Gomez, Ashley Benson has once again lured in Oscar nominated actor, James Franco.

If there is one thing to be said, Selena Gomez is unconsciously playing the matchmaker to friend, Ashley Benson. Not only was Selena "used" by Benson to getting good-looking beaus, but rumor has it, Ashley had also "used" her friendship with Selena as a means to get a role in the flick, "Spring Breakers."

"Selena feels used and kind of punched in the face seeing as though she got Ashley the role and Ashley just used the opportunity to break her friend's heart. After Emma Roberts turned down the role because she didn't want to gain weight for it, Ashley practically begged Selena to get her in front of producers for the part. She did, because she thought they were all friends, but it was clear early on that Ashley had something going on with James," explains an insider to Radar.

Despite earlier reports that Selena was having issues with Bieber over James Franco, all the talks were proven to be false. Instead, it had been Ashley Benson who had been using her "pretty little" face to lie to Ryan Good.

"Ryan started feeling like something was up because Ashley was usually quite possessive and insecure in their relationship, but when she all of a sudden didn't have time for him, Justin and Selena didn't know what to say," continued the source.

The shoot for "Spring Breakers" may have ended but Ashley Benson's alleged "fling" with James Franco surely did not end just there.

"Once the shoot wrapped, Ashley told Ryan they needed to 'slow down' and then booked a flight to New York City to go see James' art gallery showing. Selena is pi**ed off that she went out of her way to vouch for Ashley, only to have her dump Ryan. She got the role and she got the man, but she lost a good friend," added the source.

Obviously, Ashley Benson would do anything for fame as long as it means "using" friends and dating one hot guy to another.
