Australian hurdler Michelle Jenneke has serious competition on sexy warm-up routine. The 20-year-old Olympics silver medallist isn’t the only sexy athlete with a jaw-dropping warm-up. American surfer Ashley Anastasia has recently caused media attention when video of her sexy pre-game dance made its way online.

Jenneke garnered worldwide attention in July 2012 when video of her dancing and wriggling her hips at the 2012 World Junior Championships in Athletics in Barcelona during her pre-race warm-up was viewed online and became viral on YouTube.

One copy of the clip received over 13 million views in one week, making Jenneke an online media sensation. She ranked tenth on the 99 Most Desirable Women list of 2013 by AskMen.com , and was featured in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue the same year.

At that time she didn’t know what the fuss was all about since she had been doing the sexy dance as her warm-up exercise for three years.

“My friends have been teasing me a bit more, that’s about it,” Jenneke told the news.com.au when the video became viral. “I never thought my little warm-up would receive so much attention.”

That was in 2012. For 2013, another athlete is causing quite a stir with her pre-competition warm-up routine.

Video of Ashley twerking on the beach has quickly become viral. In the footage, Ashley is seen dancing – or more precisely, twerking – to the tune only she could hear from her huge audio headset.

In just two days, the video has garnered more than 1 million views on YouTube.

According to Vidhuntr.com, Ashley, 26, was at the Supergirl Pro tournament in Oceanside, California on August 2 to 4 when she was videotaped twerking before her turn in the competition.
