Avril Lavigne is getting married again. This time, she said yes to fellow Canadian artist Chad Kroeger and sealed the deal with a whooping 14-carat diamond ring.

Avril and Chad appears on the cover of "Hello!" magazine, showing off the 14-carat diamond engagement ring. The 27-year-old "Complicated" singer posed with the 37-year-old "Nickelback" frontman with the humongous bling on her wedding finger.

In an exclusive interview with the Canadian magazine, Avril said that she fell for Chad's sense of humor. The singer who announced their engagement yesterday admitted that one of the things that she loves about Chad was how he made her laugh.

"He makes me laugh every day. He takes care of me in every way and is extremely attentive," Avril said.

And while she fell for his charms, Chad revealed that he fell for Avril while they were working together for an album and describes the feeling as "unforgettable."

"I knew I was falling for her. It was incredibly powerful and something I'll never forget," Kroeger said.

Friends who are close to the couple said that the two have been dating for almost six months now. They also added that Avril and Chad were perfect for each other since they share the same beliefs.

"They have the same values and really understand each other. They complement each other and are so happy. They haven't set a date yet. They're really enjoying this moment," a source told People magazine.

Despite the 10 years age gap, it seems like the couple have found love with each other after teaming up last February. They have also shared the good news with their fans through social networking site, Twitter.
