The relationship of newly engaged couple Sam Frost, 26, and Sasha Mielczarek, 30 is going strong. This is according to “The Bachelorette Australia” contestant Davey Lloyd, 26.

“I’ve heard them on the phone and he says ‘I love you,’” Daily Telegraph quoted Lloyd as saying of Frost and Mielczarek. “I think they are strong enough.”

Although Frost did not choose him, Lloyd is friends with Mielczarek and another “The Bachelorette Australia” contestant Dave Billsborrow, 30. In fact, Lloyd is considering about moving to Mielczarek’s hometown in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, New South Wales, to work.

Currently, Lloyd lives with his parents in Narrabeen, Sydney, New South Wales. He revealed that he was dating someone but they are no longer seeing each other because the girl could not deal with the attention he was getting and her location is “too far away.”

According to Lloyd, he said he is having a hard time finding a girlfriend after “The Bachelorette Australia” ­because of his fame. On the other hand, he said he did not regret joining the reality dating show.

After The Bachelorette Australia,” Lloyd said he no longer had to approach women. Most of the jokes he gets from women, he said, is ‘Will you accept this rose?’”

According to Lloyd, one girl once just sat on him, which he said he is not used to at all. The carpenter described himself as a “chippie” and his ideal woman is someone who looks like Jason Statham’s “Mechanic Resurrection” co-star Jessica Alba.

Meanwhile, Frost and Mielczarek’s engagement was not revealed until recently. During an open viewing of the modern three-bedroom apartment Mielczarek rents, which was up for auction, visitors noticed that the construction manager had left a card on the table that had a congratulatory message for him on his engagement with Frost, Yahoo has learned.
