Justin Bieber has yet to resolve his monkey business with the German authorities and now the singer has got himself in fines for another trouble. "Beliebers" better blame it on Bang Bang the tattoo artist for the misfortune their beloved Justin has befallen to. What is the big deal anyway over all this tattoo craziness?

Fans of Justin Bieber know full well his addiction to getting inked. The Canadian crooner has over eleven tattoos inked all over his body of which include the face of Christ, a set of Roman numerals and the word "Believe" in commemoration of his recent album. All thanks to the "Believe" tattoo, this is where the trouble brews.

The "Believe" tattoo was done back in June care of celebrity tattoo artist, Bang Bang, in New York City. Bang Bang had this certain habit of turning the tables on his customers. The NYC tattoo artist would request celebrities to tattoo on him as a way of a personalized permanent autograph. Justin was one of them.

"It's kinda my thing, I'm always asking celebrities to tattoo me," stated Bang Bang in an interview with Celebuzz, adding, "They always say yes to me."

"I'm like a needy fan, I want a 30-minute autograph," continued the NYC-based tattoo artist.

In the fifteen minute sit down, Justin had showed off his tattoo skills by inking a muscled mouse with the words "swaggy" on Bang Bang's left leg. "Beliebers" obviously know that the mouse is Justin's cartoon alter ego.

"That was his design. It was anything he wanted. It's his cartoon character. It might be the only thing he knows how to draw," explained Bang Bang.

Well, Bang Bang may have been happy about the tattoo art but all thanks to that Bieber has once again faced fines for tattooing without a license. In a report by Daily News, Justin is left to pay a whopping $2000 dollar fine. Yet, Bang Bang has something to say about the fine and the trouble he had allegedly placed Justin into.

"There are people in New York with a tattoo license that don't know their a** from their elbow," stated Bang Bang, adding, "He did the tattoo under the supervision of a very capable teacher... me."
