'Bates Motel' season 4 episode 5 spoilers: Norman may unveil more secrets than he wants to
In season 4 episode 5 of “Bates Motel,” more secrets will be unveiled surrounding the death of Audrey. Norman (Freddie Highmore) will also try to plant suspicions on his mother.

“Norman tries to confide in Dr. Edwards (Damon Gupton) but worries he may reveal too much. Also, Norma (Vera Farmiga) hires a craftsman to fix a window and Romero uncovers a crime that threatens his new life,” stated the episode synopsis on Rotten Tomatoes.
Norman was previously returned to the mental institute but will have more plans in the next episode. He will use his therapy session with Dr Edwards to execute his plan against his mother. Norman will have several new tricks up his sleeve to give Dr Edwards the impression that he is not the one with mental problems but his mother. Norman will begin to have others suspect Norma, but will also start to question his own approach after he discovers that he might have given too much information.
While Norma hires someone to fix her broken window, another mystery will be shown about the Bates Motel.
Season 4 episode 5 will also show Sheriff Romero discovering a crime that will greatly change his life. Romero will conduct an investigation that will accidentally reveal a very old crime. The crime may involved the earrings of Audrey (Karina Logue), who was killed by Norman before. The Sheriff will start to suspect that Norman might actually have a hand in Audrey’s death.
The promo video showed Norman playing mind games that confuse people. His mother was also worried that the secrets that she has been hiding for so long may surface if Norman shares too much. Emma (Olivia Cooke) was shown struggling in a hospital bed. She may be devastated when she finds out that her boyfriend is involved with her mother’s death.
