Batman vs. Superman: The Man of Steel found 'guilty' for being reckless by legal research team
After a wave of fan interest surrounding “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice,” a legal company decided to find out which superhero has been the most “reckless” in the past four movies. The results have now been announced and the Man of Steel has been found “guilty.”
The research team in First4lawyers estimates that the superhero has caused £539,600 (about AU $1 million) worth of damage in personal injury, a whopping £628,771,034 (about AU $1.19 billion) in collateral damage (smashed cars, trucks and buildings destroyed), £5,000,000 (about AU $9.5 million) in damages due to fatalities caused, and an estimated£27,000,000 (about AU $51 million) in damage caused by illegal flying without license, spying and breaching immigration, and one broken heart.
The researches have decided to impose a “fine” of £661,310,634 (about AU $1.25 billion) on the superhero for being so “reckless.” It is interesting to note that the forthcoming Zack Snyder movie also explores this very aspect of the superhero. The Man of Steel (Henry Cavill) will be asked to explain the damages caused during his fight with General Zod (Michael Shannon).
The trailers of “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice” show the superhero appearing before a senate committee to answer for all the damage caused to the public and their property. Six new clips from the movie have been posted on Collider that show more footage from the movie.
The videos show more footage of the scenes that have been released in the previous trailers. The scenes include Lex Luthor (Jesse Eisenberg) ordering Superman to seek out the Caped Crusader (Ben Affleck) and fight him to the death, the interaction between the two superheroes at a party hosted by Lex, Lois (Amy Adams) investigating a prototype military bullet found in the Saharan desert, Alfred (Jeremy Irons) trying to dissuade Bruce from taking on the Man of Steel, a fight scene between the two superheroes and some flirting between Bruce and Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot).
“Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice” is set to be released on March 24 in Australia. The movie will be introducing the comic book villain Doomsday, which the heroes in the movie will have to fight.
