Emma Watson is becoming the "Belle of the Ball." While fans of Watson are highly-anticipating the release of "Bling Ring", a few others are waiting on the news of "Beauty & the Beast." The Disney flick isn't the only one Emma is set to be starring in because news has it that Watson will also be starring in the film adaptation of "Cinderella."

Apart from becoming the "Belle of the Beast", Watson is in early talks to slip on the glass slipper for "Cinderella." The 22-year old "Potter" star wasn't the only actress attached to the role because a few other Hollywood stars were considered. Gabriella Wilde, Alicia Vikander and Imogen Poots were considered for the role of "Cinderella" next to Emma Watson. Saoirse Ronan was also considered for the role but a deal couldn't be placed down due to schedule conflicts.

Things are not final for now and the role of Watson is still unclear for the Kenneth Branagh film. However, two things are sure, Simon Kinberg is set to produce the film and Cate Blanchett would play the wicked stepmother.

"Cinderella" is the latest fairy tale by the Mouse House set to become a big screen adaptation. Well, next to "Beauty and the Beast", the film is set to start production by fall for a release in 2014. David Barron and Allison Shearmur are set to produce the film alongside Simon Kinberg.

While Watson as "Cinderella" is something to be raved about, the studio in charge of production is sure to have a hard time placing a deal on Emma. Since the end of "Harry Potter", Emma has been busy with one film to the next.

The 22-year old actress is currently filming alongside Logan Lerman for Darren Aronofsky's "Noah." Watson is also set to be in Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg's comedy, "This is the End" and the drama by David Yates' "Your Voice in My Head."

Films are one thing and red carpet premieres are another. "The Bling Ring" which also stars Emma Watson is soon to be out by spring which leaves Emma with less time for another film. "Beauty and the Beast" is also set to hit production this summer.

If by any chance Emma does nab the role for "Cinderella", Watson won't be likely to star in another Disney film adaptation.
