Music royalties, Beyoncé and Jay-Z, have finally welcomed the newest addition to their family. Along with announcing Blue Ivy Carter's new song, Jay-Z reveals this wasn't Beyoncé's first pregnancy.

According to the song "Glory" released by Jay-Z, the rapper mentions about a tragic miscarriage his wife had to endure with the exact lyrics as follows: "Last time the miscarriage was so tragic." That line alone hinted that the two were planning on having a baby soon enough but getting the baby bump wasn't so easy for singer Beyoncé as evidenced by another line in the song: "False alarms and false starts, all made better by the sound of your heart."

Apart from the lyrics revealing the singer and actress' miscarriage, Jay-Z raps about where baby blue was conceived: Paris. Another line shares a very overjoyed Jay-Z: "Baby I paint the sky blue, my greatest creation was you. The most beautifulest thing in this world, she's daddy's little girl."

Given all the struggles they couple have been through to getting their precious baby girl, the couple finally released a statement earlier today saying they're in heaven.

Despite earlier reports claiming the singer underwent a C-section to deliver baby blue, Beyoncé now claims she had given birth naturally to a healthy 7 pound girl.

"Hello Hello Baby Blue! We are both happy to announce the arrival of our beautiful daughter, Blue Ivy Carter, born on Saturday, January 7, 2012. Her birth was emotional and extremely peaceful, and we are both in heaven. We are thankful to everyone for all your prayers, well wishes, love and support," shares the couple, complete post taken from the Daily Mail.

Yesterday close friends of the music moguls went on a Twitter rampage to share their half of the excitement and joy over the birth of baby Blue Ivy Carter.

Rihanna sent a congratulatory tweet including her own personalized nickname for Ivy "princess carter." As for Beyoncé's sister, Solange Knowles, the singer sent out a simple tweet saying "the most beautiful girl in the world."

Other celebrity friends that jumped on the congratulatory bandwagon include actress Gwyneth Paltrow with a tweet saying "Welcome to the world Blue! We love you already."

With a song already in her name and a few celebrities lining up as godfathers and godmothers, one thing is for sure, Blue Ivy Carter will be one hell of a spoiled little girl.
