The truth about the Big Bang Theory's star was mentioned at the bottom page of New York Time's story yesterday. His sexual preference, not to mention his 10-year relationship with a man was revealed.

New York Time's Patrick Healy revealed the star's sexuality as part of the profile of the 39-year-old actor. Parsons also is currently starred on a Broadway for a revival of "Harvey."

"The Normal Heart resonated with him on a few levels: Mr. Parsons is gay and in a 10-year relationship and working with an ensemble again onstage was like nourishment, he said," Healy wrote as part of Parson's profile.

Parson's sexual preference has been speculated by the press and media for several years now. Although the article in New York Times didn't identify Parson's partner, he thanked Todd Spiewak during his Emmy Awards 2010 acceptance speech. He has shown up with Spiewak, who is reportedly an art director, in awards shows and theater contributions.

There was a report made by The National Enquirer that Parsons and Spiewak were once engaged and planned on a Massachusetts based Christmas wedding. It was allegedly called off because Parsons didn't want children.
