Blizzard Announced Diablo 3 Arriving to Xbox 360 & PlayStation 3 on September 3 with Infernal Helm Bonus Upon Pre-order
The third instalment of the Blizzard hit series Diablo is soon to arrive on Xbox 360 and PS3 by September this year with five mortal heroes - Witch Doctor, Barbarian, Wizard, Demon Hunter and Monk.
Blizzard announced that on September 3, 2013, Diablo 3 will finally be launched officially to Xbox 360 and PS3 game console with new user interface to avoid mistakes of the PC iteration.
Diablo III on Gaming Consoles
Diablo 3 underwent several changes as it goes to game consoles. One of the biggest changes to the game is the complete removal of the Auction House which arguably a huge problem with the PC game. Blizzard already admitted the mistake of the Auction House and it cannot be removed from the PC version as it was too ingrained into the game.
Players are still going for the old-fashion hack & slash to farm gears just like in any other RPGs. Although, critics are hoping that Blizzard will add some kind of trading post to help players search and buy gears aside from hunting them; similar with Diablo 1 & 2.
Game Console Multiplayer Mode for Diablo 3?
One of the successes of Diablo 3 in terms of game play is the multiplayer aspect which allows players to play the game on their own pace and its system has been upgraded from what was used back in Diablo 2. Unfortunately, the PC version and the game console are not going to interact any time soon.
But there is still good news for game console players as both Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 allows multiplayer using Xbox Live and PSN play respectively. There will be three different ecosystems to interact but does not include cross-platform participation.
Even though players cannot transfer their PC version characters to Xbox 360 or PS4, Diablo 3 for game console still serve enough reason to enjoy and may be even get better using their interactive multiplayer mode.
Blizzard on the Remake of Diablo 3
On September 3, evil will be reborn on console systems throughout the world with the release of Diablo 3 on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 games and entertainment system from Microsoft. Diablo 3 will be unleashing hell on both Xbox 360 and PS3 before summer's end, so lock in your pre-orders with your local retailer soon.
For those who are going to get the game on pre-orders, Blizzard will include the exclusive Infernal Helm wearable at Level 1. Infernal Helm confers a +EXP bonus to help your character get into shape whether is it a Witch Doctor, Barbarian, Wizard, Demon Hunter or a Monk. The Infernal Helm's redeemable key can only be found on the pre-ordered console copy of Diablo 3 on the launch day and requires an Internet connection to have it redeemed and cannot be allowed to transfer between platforms.
