‘The Bold And The Beautiful’ spoilers for Jan. 27: Katie wants to dig dirt about Quinn and Ridge, who spend another night alone
Controversy hounds the upcoming episode of “The Bold and Beautiful” (“B&B”) as the long-running soap wraps the week. On Friday, Katie (Heather Tom) could not help but be bothered about the growing closeness of Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) and Quinn (Rena Sofer). She suspects that something’s amiss between the former enemies, and makes it her mission to find out what exactly is going on.
Speaking of Ridge and Quinn, the two find themselves in a similar situation as that sinful night in San Francisco. It would be interesting to see if this leads to another moment of intimacy, considering the undeniable attraction between them. Other “The Bold and the Beautiful” characters who will figure prominently on the Jan. 27 installment include Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood), Liam (Scott Clifton), Wyatt (Darin Brooks) and Pam (Alley Mills).

TV Guide reports that on Friday’s episode of “B&B,” Quinn manages to convince Ridge of her value as a member of the Forrester family. Wyatt, on the other hand, comes clean to his brother about his real reasons of divorcing Steffy. The show’s official YouTube channel posted a preview video for the Jan. 27 episode. It features scenes with Ridge, Wyatt, Katie and Pam.
On the first scene, Ridge is seen fixing a drink for Quinn. “Just because my dad’s in a business trip doesn’t mean you don’t get your after-work martini,” he says. Meanwhile, they seem to be the subject of an office gossip. Katie tells Pam about Eric’s plans of making Ridge co-CEO. “Apparently it was all Quinn’s idea,” Katie shares. Elsewhere, Wyatt admits, “I get now, that ending my marriage was the only option.”

On Thursday, Thomas bitterly complained to Steffy about being passed over for promotion as the company’s CEO. She insisted that she earned her position, and an argument ensued between them. Thomas insisted that he’s the firstborn son and wondered why he was not considered for the position. Steffy told him that he lacked consistency.
Speaking of the CEO position, Quinn told Ridge that she asked Eric to consider having Ridge share CEO duties with Steffy. Ridge was suspicious, but Quinn argued that she just wants the company to be in good hands. As they were talking, a necklace designed by Quinn was brought in and Ridge put it around her neck. He caressed her shoulder as they talked about the jewelry. Their hands also touched when he gave her the necklace case. Later, Quinn remembered these scenes, making her blush. Elsewhere, Katie went to the Forrester mansion, wherein Eric told her about his business trip. He also shared with her Quinn’s idea to share the CEO position with Steffy. When Katie wondered if that would work, Eric said he’ll think about it during his trip.
