‘The Bold And The Beautiful’ spoilers for Sept. 6: Ridge reveals his weapon to overthrow Quinn; father and daughter team up to confront a common enemy

A sinister plot becomes a family affair on the upcoming episode of “The Bold and the Beautiful” (“B&B”). On Tuesday, Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) updates his family about the plot he devised with Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) in order to finally get rid of Quinn (Rena Sofer). However, it may not be that easy – Quinn’s influence over Eric (John McCook) seems to be greater than ever.

Other “The Bold and the Beautiful” cast members who will appear on the Sept. 6 installment include Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood), Rick (Jacob Young), Thomas (Pierson Fode), Liam (Scott Clifton) and Wyatt (Darin Brooks).

TV Guide reports that on Tuesday’s episode of “B&B,” Brooke and Ridge share their plans to kick Quinn out of their company and their lives. Meanwhile, Ridge and Steffy look for Eric, but they instead face Quinn.

The show’s official YouTube channel posted a preview video for the Sept. 6 episode. It features multiple scenes with Ridge, Brooke, Quinn, Eric, Rick and Thomas.

Quinn opens the clip as she tells Ridge and Steffy, “Just because a person becomes a certain age doesn’t mean he should be pushed aside. Eric has still so much more to contribute.” In another scene, Ridge makes an important announcement to his family. “Brooke is going to sell her shares to me – and that’s the weapon I need to get rid of Quinn,” he says.

In the previous episode, Brooke took a photo of the sword ring that Bill gave her and sent it to Ridge. Bill said that he wants to get married as soon as possible. He then took her to a room that he personally set up for Brooke, and the two made love. Bill professed his love to Brooke, telling her that he can’t wait to call her his wife. Meanwhile, Ivy wondered whether Quinn was trying to make her look just like Steffy. Ivy asked Quinn what she’s up to, but Quinn said the makeover was all about better representing the company.

Elsewhere, Ridge and Quinn had a face-off. Ridge told Quinn that she’ll be leaving sooner than she thinks. Quinn insisted that Eric wants her there. “You’re way out of your league,” Ridge informed Quinn. “Don’t ever try going up against me.” Eric arrived and intervened, and Ridge walked out.
