A new key visual has been released that highlights the new batch of Konoha ninjas. The new Naruto TV animation series “Boruto: Naruto Next Generations” has just revealed its main cast of characters in the new visual.
The new season of “Naruto” will feature several familiar faces, or in this case, familiar voices. Veteran voice actors of the series will once again extend their talent for this upcoming project. These returning cast members have been present in the “Boruto: Naruto the Movie” and “Naruto Shippuden” seasons. Furthermore, new information on the cast and staff has been revealed, according to the anime’s official Boruto website.
The cast includes Yuko Sanpei (voicing Boruto Uzumaki), Kokoro Kikuchi (Sarada Uchiha), Ryūichi Kijima (Mitsuki) and finally, the talented Junko Takeuchi (Naruto Uzumaki).
New cast members are also included in the upcoming series. They carry the task of bringing the new batch of Konoha ninja students’ characters to life.
These include voice actors Kensho Ono (Shikadai Nara), Ryoko Shiraishi (Chocho Akimichi) and Atsushi Abe (Inojin Yamanaka).
Other voice actors who will play a major role in the series includes Nana Mizuki and Saori Hayami who will voice the mother-daughter tandem of Hinata and Himawari Uzumaki respectively. Shikamaru Nara, on the other hand, will be voiced by Showtaro Morikubo while Shino Aburame will be portrayed by Shinji Kawada.
As for the staff members who will be working on the graphic representation of the series, they will be headed by chief director Noriyuki Abe and series director Hiroyuki Yamashita. The storyline will be supervised by Ukyo Kodachi.
The character designs will be headed by the team of Tetsuya Nishio and Hirofumi Suzuki. After which, the designs will be handled by colour design head Imamura Yusonori. The design team will be under the guidance of art director Hideyuki Ueno. Photography for the series will be headed by director Masanori Masuno while music production will be managed by Yasuharu Takanashi and Yaiba.
“Boruto: Naruto Next Generations” will be spearheaded by Studio Pierrot in terms of the animation production of the new series. The new arc is set to premiere on April 2017 in Japan and hopefully would be released in other countries soon.
