Selena Gomez’s beau, Justin Bieber was attacked by a crazed fan while performing in Dubai show. Citing a report by an English-language newspaper in Abu Dhabi, The National, TMZ is reporting that Bieber was grabbed by the fan from behind and he was over the teen pop star before security officials at Sevens Stadium could come after the attacker.

The alleged attacker, described by the National as “a youth in a white shirt and jeans” was able to approach Bieber while the unsuspecting singer was behind the piano. The attacker managed to push the piano off its hinges that clattered on stage. Bieber was not able to use the piano again until he hit the last song for the show.

According to the National, Bieber was able to free himself and dashed to the side of the stage as the security officials tried to get through to the crazed fan who was later brought off the stage. The paper also described Selena’s boyfriend as “rattle” but was able to continue singing with his eight-piece-band non-stop, after the incident.

There was a three-minute break that ensued after the attacker was taken by the security officials. Bieber then ended the concert with hitsong “Boyfriend” and his final song, “Baby.”
