British Designers Say Kate Middleton is the New Fashion Queen [PHOTOS]

With the ongoing London fashion week, designers are already giving Kate Middleton the title as the "new queen of fashion" because of her effortless elegance.

Since her engagement to Prince William, Kate Middleton has been on the eye of the world, especially with regards to her fashion choices. Just hours after the Duchess revealed her Sarah Burton for Alexander McQueen gown on the day of her wedding, replicas of the dress have already been made so brides-to-be can copy her look. Middleton's wedding dress is not the only piece that she made famous, all the dresses she wears from Reiss, Issa London, and Erdem, are selling like pancakes just so every lady can feel like a true "princess"

In a statement released just minutes after his London fashion week show, designer Julien MacDonald praised the duchess for her sleek style.

"I think she is the new queen of fashion. She's young, she's every little girl's dream and she always looks chic and sophisticated," said Macdonald to Reuters. The designer from the Duchess' favorite brand, Issa London, is also saying positive statements about her style and appeal.

"I think she is great, I'm very fortunate that she likes to wear Issa," said Daniella Helayel, Issa London's chief designer, to Reuters as well. Alice Temperley, another London-based designer, is also fond of the Duchess' sense of fashion.

"I think she's brilliant, she's brilliant for England. Perfect, perfect future Queen, she's elegant, she knows how to hold herself," told Temperley in a report.
