Popstar Britney Spears settles sexual harassment lawsuit filed by her ex-bodyguard to prevent further humiliation that would affect her surfacing career.

The lawsuit settlement remains out-of-court and confidential. However, transcripts from the bodyguard's confessions were obtained and broke out into news. Most of what he revealed consists of embarrassing details that may greatly affect Britney and her career.

Fernando Flores, Britney's ex bodyguard spilled information about how the singer allegedly sexually harassed him, her poor hygiene, profane speech and even details about her past relationships.

Flores worked for Spears in a short span of February to July 2010. He filed the lawsuit a few months after in September 2010 where he allegedly claims that the singer flashed him and made sexual advances. In his sworn testimonies, he stated incidents where he believed Spears attempted to seduce him.

"So I go in, and I'm kind of looking to see where she's at, and as I walk down the hall I look to the left and she's standing in the living room next to the couch and is completely nude," Flores said.

The ex bodyguard describe Spears as "crazy" adding that he hasn't dealt with anyone with the same nature.

According to TMZ, Spears went to a private mediator to end the sexual harassment lawsuit and the case is officially closed. However since the deal was settled out of court the details will remain confidential
