Britney Spears on Taylor Swift: 'Her music makes me so happy'
Taylor Swift has a new fan in Britney Spears. In a recent interview, the “Pretty Girls” singer revealed why she loves Swift's music and also talked about what she likes about “Jane The Virgin.”
"I love Taylor Swift," Spears told E! News in a new interview. "I think she's adorable. I love her music. Her music makes me so happy. She's very level-headed. She's a very, very smart girl, very wise," she added.
So don't be surprised if Spears ends up on Swift's concert next time. The “Bad Blood” singer is known for roping in many celebrities on stage during her “1989” concert. The list of celebrities appearing on Swift's concert is long and includes Julia Roberts, Little Mix, Gigi Hadid, Kendall Jenner, Serena Williams and more.
Meanwhile, Spears also talked about why she liked the CW show, “Jane The Virgin.” The pop was a fan of the comedy show before it became famous. She even recommended her friends to watch the show. "I think the writing is so simple and so endearing and it's funny!"
“Jane the Virgin's” protagonist Gina Rodriguez has also expressed her excitement on Spears' stint on the show. "I mean, hello, goodbye, she's everything," Rodriguez told E! News on an earlier interview. She also added that she wants the pop starlet to appear not just in one episode but “like 10.”
"I cannot wait to be on set with her. The fact that she's engaging with us already, that she's excited to be there, we only want that,” she added.
Meanwhile, Spears was in news recently for her Candie's Style Icon award at the 2015 Teen's Choice Awards. The pop legend was dressed in a stylish low cut Mikael D mini dress in grey colour. She is currently busy till the end of the year with her residency in Las Vegas but is not sure if she wants to renew her contract for another year.
“I haven’t made up my mind,” Spears told E! News. “I really love doing the show. It’s a lot, a lot of fun but I’m kind of torn right now. I don’t really know what I want to do.”
