Call of Duty has been making news as its upcoming installment, Ghosts, finds its way to both next generation consoles, the Xbox One and PlayStation 4.

However, this doesn't mean the end for Black Ops 2, as Activision offers one free DLC, while leaked data hints at two upcoming packs with release dates.

Two of Black Ops 2's scheduled maps, Revolution and Uprising, have already been released, with two more scheduled sometime this year. And thanks to fans who have been scouting the Internet for any potential news have found possible release dates for the two.

DLCentral reports that the dates were pegged to be July 2 and August 27 for the two DLC packs. The leaked information was said to have come from Call of Duty: Elite website.

Confirmations have yet to come from Treyarch or Activision when it comes to the dates of the maps' release, but considering the fast timeline that Ghosts will come out--the holidays for the next generation consoles--it's not surprising that this may be the year that Black Ops 2 will give one great push before sharing the limelight with the latest COD installment.

When it comes to confirmed Black Ops 2 news, Xbox 360 players can get a free trial treat of Black Ops 2's Revolution, the first DLC, which will be available for download, free of charge, until May 28.

Videogamer reports that this is one of those free to try before buying packs, for those who have yet to experience multiplayer maps and the Zombie map that comes with Revolution. It's also an exclusive offer for the Xbox 360.

Element4l players to get free DLC

The indie game Element4l finally comes out on Steam, and as an offer to players, Lap Races, the downloadable content, will be available or free for those who buy the game on launch time.

Polygon reports that Element4l lets you play through 16 levels, each with four stages, a race mode, achievements, collectibles, and a free soundtrack. And as the name implies, you'll be dealing with the four elements in order to fight your way through the game.

Element4l is available on both the PC and Mac via Steam or the official website.
