Camila Cabello quits Fifth Harmony: Twitter knows the reason
Camila Cabello’s departure from Fifth Harmony came as a shock to fans when abruptly on Sunday it was announced that the band would now consist of only four members, including Ally Brooke, Normani Kordei, Dinah Jane and Lauren Jauregui.
While nobody knows why Camila isn’t part of the group anymore, Twitter is speculating on one reason, which its users have derived from a video montage.

Why Camila Cabello left Filth Harmony?
There have been quite a lot of instances from the past that suggested this might happen soon. Here are the clues that can perhaps solve the puzzle.
Camila wanted to focus on her solo career
Camila has been doing a great job as a solo artiste. The two songs that she has delivered without her group - "I Know What You Did Last Summer" with Shawn Mendes and "Bad Things" with Machine Gun Kelly were both instant hits. Perhaps, the singer now wants to focus on her solo career.
Something was not right when she broke down on stage and left mid-concert
During a Fifth Harmony concert at Missouri, Camila broke down on stage and thereafter left the show in the middle. However, she apologised later and said that she suffered from an anxiety attack. “Hi Missouri, sorry I couldn't finish the set last night . Was having too much anxiety and couldn't finish it. I love u. I'm truly sorry,” she wrote on Twitter.
Camila wasn’t apparently happy with the group
In a very candid group interview with Billboard in May this year, Camila explained about having a hard year saying, “I was having terrible anxiety, nonstop. My heart would beat really fast the whole day. I realized the stuff I thought was important isn't worth my health.”
There were tensions brewing in the group
In the same interview, Jauregui explained how fame and success is taking a toll on them. “They sell you this present of rainbows and butterflies, and as a 16-year-old that's what I bought. It's why I did X Factor and why I ended up in a group. But then you're working so hard, so young.”
Camila was friendlier with Taylor Swift than her own squad members
Camila has been spotted with Taylor Swift and her group quite often. She seemed friendlier with Swift than her own group. She even dedicated an Instagram post with a heartwarming caption to Swift on her birthday.
Camila's statement about quitting the group
In a Twitter post, Camila finally broke her silence saying that she did not “intend to end things with Fifth Harmony this way.” Here is the post:
Fifth Harmony came into existence 2012 when Simon Cowell placed the five members together in a group during the American "X Factor" season 2. Apart from five hit albums with the group, Camila Cabello has delivered two hits outside of the group, including "I Know What You Did Last Summer" with Shawn Mendes and “Bad Things” with Machine Gun Kelly.
