The success of "Magic Mike" is incomparable and female fans continue to rave about the cast performance. One member of the cast, Channing Tatum, gleefully opens up on the supposed sequel to "Magic Mike". Plus, Tatum opens up on rumours of him starring as Christian Grey in "Fifty Shades of Grey".

Surprisingly along with "The Amazing Spiderman", Steven Soderbergh's directed film on angst-driven male strippers "Magic Mike" became an instant summer hit. The film managed to pull out a whopping amount of $77 million in merely two weeks. With the film still fresh in the cinemas worldwide, the number is sure to increase. Talk about "Sex and the City" in the Male Persona, "Magic Mike" definitely rules.

It's obvious there already is a sequel in the works. According to one member of the cast, Channing Tatum, a script is already in the works. Yes, the whole world read that right, female fans may now start squealing.

"Yes! Yes! We're working on the concept now. We want to flip the script and make it bigger," said Tatum.

Apparently, getting down and dirty is Tatum's forte. With all the "action" on stage, would the actor be willing to do even more racy films for a highly-acclaimed film adaptation, "Fifty Shades of Grey"? In a recent interview, Channing Tatum admitted to be definitely interested in playing Christian Grey but on one condition.

"I'd only be allowed [to be cast as Christian] if my wife was Ana," explained Tatum, adding, "She's read the books, so I don't think she would be impressed if she couldn't be [Anastasia Steele's] part!"

For those living under a rock, Channing Tatum is happily married to Jenna Dewan, a professional dancer and actress. The two met in 2006 for the film, "Step Up" and have been inseparable since.

Well, with Tatum's confession, are readers and fans of the erotica novel willing to cast Channing as Christian and Jenna as Anastasia? Judging from the couples' chemistry throughout the years, the sultry BDSM-filled scenes won't be hard to film.

Yet, with no word from Universal Studios regarding the film adaptation, fans are best left to sit and wait. Or, imagine all the possibilities of Channing Tatum possibly cast as Christian Grey. Oh, joy!
