Former “Men” actor, Charlie Sheen was not invited on the birthday celebration of his own twins with ex-wife, Brooke Mueller despite the custody agreement the former couple had signed two days earlier.

The celebration held at Paris Hilton’s estate on March 13 was attended by few close friends, but according to Aceshowbiz, the actor was not entirely missed, judging by the fun the twins, Bob and Max, had on their birthday celebrations.

Approximately 50 close friends and relatives were invited at his sons' birthday bash held at Paris Hilton's parents home at Bel Air Los Angeles on March 13 - - two days after Mueller had signed a custody agreement with the embattled actor.

The former couple was supposed to meet in court on March 11, Friday but an agreement was met by both parties the night before and their respective counsels had, therefore, called for the cancellation of their Friday court dates.

"The party is a casual and child friendly celebration. It's all about Max and Bob and their friends. They seem to be having a great time, and so is Brooke," an unidentified source was quoted as telling People.com.
