Charlie Sheen says he’s ready to resume work but ‘they are not’
Sheen has made jokes when asked about target date to return working for Two and a Half Men.
"Two and Half Men" actor, Charlie Sheen has made jokes about the recurring issues as to when he would return to work and resume filming of six more out of the agreed 24-episodes for this season. Sheen went on voluntary home-based rehabilitation programdesigned to help the actor address his alcohol and drug problems.
Messing with the host for “The Dan Patrick Show’, Sheen said that he is all set to get back on the show, but those behind it are not.
“They said, ‘You get ready and we’ll get ready’. And I got ready and went back and nobody’s there,” the actor was quoted by The Associated Press as telling the show, aired in syndication on radio and on satellite TV provider, DirecTV.
“I’m here and I’m ready. They’re not. Bring it, you know?,” the actor added.
More teasing came up when asked for particular date to return working. Charlie’s spokesman, Stan Rosenfield had asserted last month of Sheen’s intention to return working by end of February. Sheen is singing the same song in an interview on DirecTV, just in a different tune.
“I believe August of 2014 at this pace. I don’t know, it’s supposed to be like the 28th or the 29th. That’s what it is! It’s the 29th in a non-leap year.”
CBS and producer Warner Bros, have remained mum on Charlie’s resumption to work for America’s most watched television comedy show.
