Seeing limited minutes at Chelsea, Juan Mata may have to consider moving in January if he wants his chances to feature for Spain in the World Cup to be bolstered.

Despite winning the Player of the Year for the past two seasons, the Spanish international has just started 5 games for the Blues in this year's campaign in the English Premier League.

Blues manager Jose Mourinho has been unimpressed with Mata's efforts on the defensive end, and could be only using the excuse of rotating the starting XI to pacify the controversy.

As can be recalled, the Chelsea mentor was on the verge of signing Oscar when he was still with Real Madrid, only to see the latter go to Stamford Bridge. Apparently, Mourinho prefers the Brazilian to play the number 10 role in lieu of Mata.

Mata may be seen to head back to Spain and play in the La Liga as Atletico Madrid are reported to be an interested party, while Juventus are also looking to snatch the creative attacker on loan, according to The Mirror.
