Chis Hemsworth's wife Elsa Pataky shows off fit body in stunning beach photo, shows how she got the results

Being married and having kids is definitely not slowing down 40-year-old actress and model Elsa Pataky. As she shared on social media, she definitely still has the body to rival her husband Chris Hemsworth’s and even selflessly shows fans how to get the same results.

A few days ago, Pataky posted a beach photo of herself on Instagram that perfectly showed off her backside. It was taken just as the Spanish stunner was going to take her first surf of the season. The mother-of-three sported a tiny leopard print bikini and a black cap to cover her face from the early sun in Byron Bay.

The post she mentioned in her caption is one she shared on her blog on Glamour Spain. In it, she discussed how the holidays have finished and that it is time to get back into shape. After which, she spoke about how she always admired the rear ends of athletes, which are always toned and perky. She then showed videos of her own exercise routines that are focused primarily on her giving her that bum.

She also gave some advice, like keeping one's back straight, doing the movements slowly and to use weights when and if possible.

Other than her stunning figure, Pataky also uses her social media accounts to show off just how great a father Hemsworth is. Earlier this year, another post of hers made headlines, which showed the “Thor: Ragnarok” star sleeping while holding two of napping children.

And more recently, one of them playing.

Pataky and Hemsworth began dating in early 2010 after they met through their mutual representatives. Later that year, the pair celebrated a Christmas holiday wedding. Together, they have three kids: India Rose, who is 4 years old, and twin boys Tristan and Sasha, who are now 2 years old.

Pataky has just finished filming for "Fast 8," where she repises her role as Elena Neves. The film is set to debut in April 2017.
