Chris Hemsworth Reveals One of his Imperfections in Marie Claire [PHOTOS]
Female fans of Chris Hemsworth may find it hard to come up with an imperfection related to the Australian hunk actor. However, the "Thor" star divulged about one flaw in an interview with the Marie Claire UK magazine September 2013 issue and it's about lacking concentration on his desire for interesting film roles.
"My problem is I lack concentration. I get bored quickly, so it has to be something a bit dangerous to get my focus," the 29-year-old actor revealed. Mr Hemsworth is undeniably a big shot superstar now and his stay in Hollywood has helped him to become more disciplined with work.
"Getting a taste of fame in Australia when I was younger got it out of my system, so by the time I got to LA in 2009, work was the bigger focus," the actor shared. In the interview with the magazine, Chris Hemsworth gladly talked about his famous family and married life as well.
"I had the best role models in my parents. It was certainly something I wanted to do, and it came about very naturally. It puts things into perspective," Chris divulged on his marriage to actress Elsa Pataky and being dad to daughter India Rose. Chris Hemsworth opened up as well on his relationship with brothers Luke and Liam stating: "We tend to be more competitive in everything else, like sports," Chris stated.
With "Rush" as one of his latest films, Chris Hemsworth confessed that he wanted a character driven role when the movie project perfectly came his way. "When Rush came along, it ticked every box - from working with one of my favourite directors to a story that instantly fascinated me," Chris stated.
The Australian actor takes on the role of F1 driver James Hunt in the Ron Howard directed film "Rush" that goes after Hunt's rivalry against Niki Lauda. "The focus was certainly to do something character based and rooted in reality. You have this incredibly exciting backdrop of F1 and the sexiness and excitement of the '70s, but with a beautiful character story at the centre of it," Mr Hemsworth said to Total Film.
Chris Hemsworth admitted that he really loves the fantasy world on his films like "Thor" and "Snow White & The Huntsman" but the film "Rush" was very essential for the actor's personal and professional growth.
The autumn season will be a very hectic one for Chris Hemsworth with the release of his two films, "Rush" and "Thor: The Dark World." At present time, the actor is busy working on another movie project directed by Michael Mann titled "Cyber" with co-star Viola Davis on a scheduled release date in 2014.
