Chris Hemsworth, Tom Hiddleston spotted in Brisbane filming the movie ‘Thor: Ragnarok’
Chris Hemsworth is spicing up the Monday of Aussies in Brisbane. The actor and co-star Tom Hiddleston were seen strolling through the streets of Brisbane as he films scenes for his upcoming Marvel film, “Thor: Ragnarok.”
At first, there was no sign of Hemsworth but just a group of New York’s famous yellow taxis parked along Margaret Street in Brisbane. While preparations for filming were done on Sunday, Aussies finally got to see Hemsworth as he arrived on set together with co-star Hiddleston.
The blockbuster's crew will be filming sequences from Monday until Thursday.
Film location manager Duncan Jones asked for patience to the locals, penning a letter to businesses and residents in the area to bear with the ongoing production of “Thor: Ragnarok” and the accompanying traffic disruption and public commotion that come with the filming.
"Whilst we will make every effort to reduce disruption, please anticipate short delays due to traffic detours and traffic and pedestrian hold and releases," Jones stated.
"These delays are necessary to maintain public safety throughout filming, and we kindly ask for your patience.
"To you, the people of Brisbane, we are grateful for your understanding and support.
"We know there will be delays whilst we bring the magic of Hollywood to your streets, and will make every effort to minimise disruption.
"This is a unique experience for us all and we look forward to showing the world how wonderful you and your beautiful city is."
