With the recent interview of Ellen Degeneres with the frontman of the Coldplay band, you would really get to think how she can just get everyone to open up. Even if it's about the most shy guy around, Chris Martin. He was on her show to promote the band's latest album, "Mylo Xyloto".

The entire press world knows how he chooses not to speak much about his Hollywood A-lister wife Gwyneth Paltrow. But when Ellen said, "But you have a great relationship and two precious kids. And we love Gwyneth. She's been here many times", everything changed.

The sporting Martin answered with a simply, funny and straight answer: "She's been a great beard for me now, for 10 years."

This is just proof of how strong their marriage has been and that he is not gay, despite rumors about. In fact, Paltrow is his very first genuine relationship aside from his bandmates whom he have been traveling around with for the last 15 years of his life and career.

But how can he not walk out of Ellen when pushed into talking about his private life when he hung up on a radio interview, The Bert Show. Jeff Dauler, the co-host of the said show, thinks that it just may have been a bad day for Martin.
