Former Real Madrid president, Ramon Calderon, believes that Los Blancos superstar Cristiano Ronaldo will once again ply his trade in England.

"I do not think he will finish his career at Real," Calderon told The Sun.

"I feel that one day he will return to England."

The 28-year-old signed with Manchester United from Sporting CP during the reign of Sir Alex Ferguson as manager and flourished to be one of the best attackers in the world of football.

As a kid with a raw talent back then, he was able to establish a special bond with Sir Alex, such that they treated each other as fathers and sons do - a relationship that he certainly misses and does not have in the Spanish capital.

The perceived void that the recent Ballon d'Or winner is experiencing will play a major role in considering his departure from Madrid, surmised Calderon.

"In Madrid, he is pleased with the city and the fans, but I think his relationship with Florentino Perez is not as good as it was with Alex Ferguson at Manchester United," he added.

"The relationship is bad or actually non-existent."

It is no secret that CR7 still loves United as he would repeatedly state in his interviews, and while Sir Alex is no longer in charge with the Red Devils, he still remains connected with the club as a director.
