David Beckham announced in a recent interview that he has no plans to retire anytime soon.

"As long as I feel healthy and fit, I will continue to play. And, right now, I feel great. I feel ready to play for one, two, three more years," Beckham said to The Sun.

Beckham and his wife Victoria were among the 1900-guests selected to attend the grand wedding ceremony for Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, William and Kate Middleton at London’s Westminster Abbey.

Beckham still managed to fly back and play for the Galaxy on Sunday in Dallas.

The English star went 83 minutes and was substituted with 1-1 score. The match was delayed by a storm, and Dallas went on to a 2-1 victory.

Meanwhile, Beckham continue to rehab from injuries.

"I got badly injured last year and I have been working hard to get my body back to full fitness," he said.
