'Days Of Our Lives' spoilers for April 1: Victor’s health will be in jeopardy after facing off with Deimos

Fans are in for a suspense-filled episode of “Days Of Our Lives,” as Victor (John Aniston) faces a life-or-death situation as a result of his intense confrontation with Deimos (Vincent Irizarry) . Spoilers hint that Victor may suffer from a heart attack, which could be deadly. Victor’s health risk may indicate that Caroline’s (Peggy McCay) vision is coming true.

Other “Days Of Our Lives” cast members who will figure prominently on the April 1 installment include Nicole (Arianne Zucker), Steve (Stephen Nichols), Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) and Kate (Lauren Koslow).

TV Guide reports that on Thursday’s episode of “DOOL,” Steve and Kayla spend time together, since it could be his last night as a free man. Meanwhile, Victor gets into a heated argument with Deimos, and Victor ends up on the hospital to fight for his life. Elsewhere, Deimos opens up to Kate, telling her about his schemes.

Previous episodes have shown that Maggie alarmed everyone when she collapsed during a party. Victor took her home to the Kiriakis mansion. Maggie assured Victor that there’s nothing to worry – she’s just cranky because of her baby news. However, later, she fell down the stairs, showing that she’s really not okay. Deimos arrived and examined Maggie. He then revealed that Maggie is dying because he put a slow-acting poison in her medication. Deimos said he’s willing to give the antidote but in exchange, Victor will give him everything. Despite being skeptical about Deimos, Victor signed the documents even without reading them. Deimos then gave Maggie a mysterious injection, which would supposedly counter the poison.
