Delta Goodrem has more than enough critics on social networks. Did a colleague on The Voice just turn into a staunch critic, too? Seal asking Delta to sit down on Monday's show drew mixed reactions from viewers.

Here's what happened: Seal asked Goodrem to sit down after she butted in during his post-performance chat with a contestant on her team. Was it uncalled for? Rude? Did she have it coming?

Some of the viewers took their thoughts to Twitter.

@belzyJBdefazio: 'delta sit down' CLASSIC
@NadiaCoppolino: Classic!! "@AliceHeraldSun: Nobody puts delta in the corner - Seal: "go sit down delta" #thevoiceau"
@LoveShemarMoore: "@Emmzees: "Sit down delta!!!!" First thing out of seals mouth Ive agreed with! #TheVoiceAU" loool
@rgillettpr: tsk. that was a bit rude seal. (re 'go sit down delta') #thevoiceau
‏@RachaelLonergan: Can we see more of Seal telling Delta to sit down? More of that please.
‏@katherinedanks: seal: "Go and sit down delta" Could not have put it better myself #TheVoiceAU
@SilverLeafPR: 'Just go and sit down Delta' - umm Seal, how about you try & not be so condescending next time? Cannot stand your arrogance! #TheVoiceAU

The Voice had another awkward incident on the same night when Goodrem caught Seal and another coach, Joel Madden, who said Nirvana's "Smells Like Teen Spirit" was not a good choice for Team Delta's Viktoria Bolonina.

The camera caught Delta just in time as she walked in on Seal and Madden slamming her choice, and then the camera panned away. Really awkward. Then again, could it have been staged?

What Seal and Madden wanted Goodrem to understand was that some songs should not be played with, and if anyone should make any alterations, everything better be done with respect to the original artist.

"The theatrics of it mixed with everything, I kind of lost a bit of your identity... I didn't feel like it was the best song choice for you, for me to get a sense of who you are," Keith Urban has also made his thoughts known about Goodrem's contestant.

(Urban called in from LA because he was in the middle of an engagement that he had signed for prior to signing on The Voice.)

For her part, Goodrem was all praises for Viktoria:

"I love the intensity that you carry Viktoria, I love that you never break character... I felt like there was a little bit of nerves, but that the same time I love your quirkiness."

What did you think of Seal's sit-down remark to Delta? The Voice Australia is only on its first season, but ratings are dipping. Is this the best time for bickering?
