Sniper: Ghost Warrior 2 releases first DLC

In the DLC, players will fill in the role of Cole "Sandman" Anderson with the mission of finding MIA CIA agent M. Diaz. They will be roaming the Siberian city, trudging through snow, and trailing after the intelligence and the possible lead of discovering weapons of mass destruction.

The Examiner reports that to amplify the feeling of danger in the mission, the only way to navigate through the snow and city is through the use of a map. Siberian Strike will be available on Xbox Live, Steam, and PSN for $9.99.

Rock Band closes out with a bangin' DLC

With news of Harmonix discontinuing Rock Band, it seemed like a sad farewell of six years of gaming and DLC. But instead of a silent fizzle out, Rock Band delivers a last rockin' DLC this week featuring Don McLean's American Pie.

"We hope that you'll all agree that this has been a tremendous run, and you should know it's a ride that we at Harmonix have been thrilled to be a part of," said Aaron Trites of Harmonix to Shack News.

The American Pie DLC will be available on Xbox Live Marketplace and PSN, a farewell that adds to its huge collection of 4,000 songs for Rock Band DLCs. In the meantime, Rock Band's 4,000 song DLCs are still available for purchase, with several marked 50% off, according to Shack News.

Several deals with the Xbox Live Spring Sale

Might it be a Holy Week sale for Xbox, with its Spring Sale opening from March 26 to April 1, and features several steals for titles reports Joystiq.

Skyrim's Dragornborn DLC is also priced at 50%, with the two other DLCs Dawnguard and Hearthfire also on half-off sale. Other items up for grabs include The Walking Dead episodes 1 to 5 (and the first one is available for free), Hitman Absolution at 333% discount, Resident Evil 6 Survivors, Onslaught, Predator, and 3-mode pack all at 50%, and more, according to OXM.
