Actress Elizabeth Hurley is now officially divorced with Indian textile mogul, Arun Nayar.

A report by Reuters said that a district judge from London’s High Court’s Family Division has granted the couple the divorce petition filed last year.

Elizabeth announced her split from Nayar late last year, shortly before she was photographed getting cozy with Australian cricketer, Shane Warne.

The 46-year old English actress and former model walked the isle with Nayar in 2007 in a traditional Hindu wedding that took place in Jodhpur, India.

Hurley has an on-and-off relationship with the Australian cricket legend until it has gotten really stronger recently, with the actress flying to India to cheer for Warne.

Before Warne, Hurley also dated actor, Hugh Grant, whom she had remained friends with today. She also has a son with a former flame, film producer, Steve Bing.

For his part, Arun Nayar has also moved on after breaking up with the British model and he was last seen stepping out with a 24-year-old model early this year.
